- High contrast, easy-to-read alphanumerics
- Raised rims enhance sealing and reduce cross contamination
- Rounded conical well bottoms minimize dead volumes
- Plates stack without damage to sealing films or foils
Solvent-resistant PlateOne® polypropylene deep well plates are ideal for sample preparation, storage, screening, analysis, and bacteria or yeast cultures. Excellent centrifugation strength provides better performance and recovery, and laser-marked alphanumerics won’t rub off.
1 mL deep well plates have round wells. High clarity enhances sample viewing. Plates measure 127.8 mm L x 85.5 mm W x 44.1 mm H and have a functional temperature range of -86° to +125°. The maximum centrifugation range is 6,000 × g (5,000 for sterile plates).
The working volume is 50-1000 µl per well; total well volume is 1200 µl. Non-sterile bulk plates are sealed in zip top bags. Non-sterile plates in sleeves have tamper evident zip top sealing strips. Sterile plates are individually wrapped with easy opening tear strips.
PlateOne deep well plates accept a variety of sealing films and foils. 1 mL plates can also be sealed with Micronic Capclusters or Capmats or Greiner Bio-One EVA cap mats. Produced without biocides, processing additives, or other potentially bioactive ingredients. Deep well plates meet standards ANSI/SLAS 1-2004, 3-2004, and 4-2004. Certified free of detectable RNase, DNase, DNA, and pyrogens.
